One team on your project, not a chain of handoffs.

Tijara Tech FZE is a technology company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build and connect the systems that run a business: AI and business automation, payment gateway integration, Odoo ERP and custom software. The thread through all of it is that the pieces should work together, so a payment updates the ERP, the ERP agrees with the bank, and nobody is rekeying the same number three times.

We are a small, senior team by design. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, and the people who support it afterwards. There is no junior swap after signing, and no call centre between you and the person who understands your system.

We take the unglamorous parts seriously, the reconciliation, the traceability, the month-end close, because that is where most projects quietly fall apart.

What we have shipped

Beyond client projects, we have two industry ERPs live in production with UAE businesses: Tailorline for tailoring, and Flowline for fragrance manufacturing. They were previously called Tijara Tailor ERP and Tijara Perfume ERP. Both are built on Odoo, so they connect to accounting and payments rather than sitting on an island. You can read how each was built in our perfume ERP case study and tailoring ERP case study.

All of our work is project based and quoted after a free consultation. We do not publish fixed prices, because scope varies a lot between projects. What we can tell you upfront is exactly how the engagement runs.

• A free consultation call, where you describe what is not working
• Scoping, where we map the systems involved and agree what is in and out
• A fixed written quote, with no hourly surprises
• The build, with visible milestones
• Launch, training and handover
• Ongoing support from the same team

The things that move the cost are the number of systems involved, how much data has to move and what condition it is in, and how much needs to be custom rather than configured. We are happy to walk through where your project sits, at no charge.

Kainat is co-founder of Tijara Tech FZE. She is usually the first person you speak to and the one who stays with your project through delivery and support, whether that is over email, a call or WhatsApp.

We keep this deliberately simple: no account manager between you and the people doing the work, and no handover to someone you have never met once you sign. If you are reading something on this site, she stands behind it.
