Odoo ERP implementation in the UAE, set up and properly connected.
We handle setup, tailoring, data migration and support. Then we connect Odoo to where your money actually moves, so your reports finally line up with your bank.
Last updated: August 2026
The whole lifecycle, one team.
From first setup to the report that ties out at month-end.
Implementation
We set up Odoo around the way you already work: sales, inventory, accounting, HR. No generic template you end up fighting for months.
Customization
Custom modules, fields and workflows so Odoo fits how your business actually runs.
Data migration
We move you off spreadsheets or an old system cleanly, with your history intact and reconciled.
Support & maintenance
Ongoing help from the same team that built it. No ticket queue, and no call centre in between.
Connected to payments
Odoo wired to your payment gateway and books, so status and revenue flow automatically.
Reports that match reality
Dashboards and reports that finally agree with your bank and your books.
An ERP that agrees with your bank.
Most Odoo projects stop at “it is live.” We connect it to your payments and accounting so the numbers reconcile on their own, with no nightly spreadsheet and no guesswork.
- Set up around your real processes
- Connected to payments & books

What is Odoo, and why UAE businesses choose it.
Odoo is business management software: one system covering sales, inventory, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing and HR, where every part shares the same data instead of sitting in its own silo. You start with the apps you actually need and add the rest as you grow, which is why Odoo software fits a company of ten as comfortably as one of two hundred.
The reason it has spread so quickly among businesses running Odoo in the UAE is cost and fit. A traditional ERP means a large licence and a long project before anyone sees a benefit. Odoo is modular, so you can run sales and inventory this quarter and switch accounting on next quarter, without buying the whole suite up front or replacing the system a year later.
What it usually replaces
- A stack of spreadsheets that only one person fully understands
- Accounting software that never quite agrees with the warehouse
- A till or POS that does not talk to stock or to the books
- Re-keying the same numbers between systems at the end of every month
If you are weighing Odoo against staying where you are, the honest test is simple. Do your numbers currently agree across your systems without somebody reconciling them by hand? If they do not, that gap is the thing Odoo closes, and it is the reason most of our clients moved.
Where the work starts depends on the business. Shops and restaurants start at the counter, with Odoo POS for retail or Odoo POS for restaurants. Property companies start with leases, cheques and owner statements, which is real estate software in the UAE. Finance teams start with the books, which is Odoo accounting and UAE VAT.
Odoo ERP implementation, migration and support in the UAE.
We take Odoo from first setup to the report that ties out at month end, and we stay on afterwards. Whether you are moving onto Odoo for the first time, upgrading an old version, or trying to fix a setup that never quite worked, one team handles it.
Where we help
- Odoo implementation set up around your real sales, inventory, accounting and HR
- Migration from spreadsheets or an older system, with your history intact
- Version upgrades from an older Odoo to the current release
- Custom modules, fields and workflows where the standard app stops short
- Integration with your payments, bank and other tools
- Ongoing support from the people who built it
If you are coming off another system, the move is a project in its own right. We have set out what an Odoo migration involves, and separately what moving from Tally to Odoo looks like, which is the most common starting point in the UAE.
Set up for UAE VAT and how you actually run.
An Odoo setup only helps if it matches how your business works and how the UAE expects your books to look. We configure UAE VAT, tax reporting and localisation so filing is straightforward, and we shape the workflows around your team rather than a generic template you spend months fighting.
The difference we care about is that the numbers agree. When Odoo is connected to your payments and bank, your reports line up with reality instead of needing a nightly spreadsheet to reconcile.
The same applies to the FTA mandate. Invoices have to leave Odoo as structured data rather than as PDFs, so we set that up now and connect it when your date arrives. There is more on UAE e-invoicing and on what Peppol in the UAE actually is.
Mainland or free zone changes how Odoo is set up.
For an Odoo implementation in Dubai, the licence matters. A mainland company licensed with the DED and a free zone company in DMCC, JAFZA, DAFZA, IFZA or Dubai South do not have the same reporting shape, and setting Odoo up as though they do causes problems later.
Mainland, licensed with the DED
Standard UAE VAT treatment, local invoicing, and usually a single-entity chart of accounts. The work is mostly about matching your operation, not the licence.
Free zone entities
Designated zone rules change how some supplies are treated for VAT. Odoo handles that with multi-company, but only if it is set up that way at the start. Adding a second company to a single-company setup later is expensive.
Groups running both
Invoice from the mainland, hold stock in the free zone, and still get one consolidated report without the two sets of books bleeding into each other. We settle that design in the first week, not at your first audit.
The Dubai businesses Odoo suits best
- Trading and re-export companies with multi-currency purchases and landed costs
- Retail and F&B groups running several branches from one stock pool
- Contracting and fit-out firms that need job costing tied to quotes and invoices
- Logistics and freight businesses connecting operations to billing
- Manufacturers moving off spreadsheets onto real production tracking
- Professional services firms billing time and expenses against projects
We are based in Dubai, so a workshop at your office is a drive rather than a flight. If your team learns better around a table than on a call, that matters more than it sounds.
Two companies, one Odoo, books that never mix.
Many Dubai groups hold stock in a free zone and invoice from the mainland. Set up as two companies from the first week, the books stay apart and still report together.
- Free zone FZE Holds the stock, buys in USD
- Transfer Recorded between the companies
- Mainland LLC Invoices in AED with 5% VAT
- Banks Each account reconciles on its own
- Group report Consolidated, transfers removed
A second company added later costs far more than one planned at the start.
How an Odoo project runs.
- DiscoveryWe map your sales, inventory, accounting and the way your team actually works, so the setup fits the business rather than the other way round.
- Setup and configurationOdoo is built around those processes, with UAE VAT, tax reporting and localisation configured from the start.
- Data migrationYour customers, products and history are moved across cleanly and reconciled, so you are not starting from an empty system.
- IntegrationOdoo is connected to your payments, bank feed and other tools, so status and revenue move automatically instead of by re keying.
- Training and go-liveWe show your team the system in plain terms, then stay on to support and adjust it as you settle in.
Odoo, off the shelf, or a fully custom build?
Three ways to run your operations. We are honest about when Odoo is not the answer.
| What matters | Odoo | Off the shelf software | Fully custom build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | Moderate | Low | High |
| Time to launch | Weeks | Days | Months |
| Fits your process | High, configurable and extendable | Low, you fit the tool | Exact, built to your process |
| Connects to accounting and payments | Yes, one system | Often not | Only if you build it |
| Grows with you | Yes, add modules | Limited | Yes, at a cost |
| Best for | Most growing UAE businesses | A single narrow need | A truly unique process |
Two questions usually follow that table. The first is price, and we have written honestly about what drives the cost of an Odoo implementation in the UAE rather than quoting a number that means nothing without scope. The second is whether Odoo is the right shape at all, and if your process is genuinely unusual then custom software is the better answer.
What an Odoo engagement covers
- Work types. Fresh implementation, migration from spreadsheets or a legacy system, version upgrade, or taking over an existing Odoo that was left half-finished.
- Modules. Sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, HR and payroll, plus custom modules where a standard app stops short of how you work.
- UAE localisation. VAT configuration and tax reporting set up so returns and the FTA audit file can be produced from the system rather than rebuilt in a spreadsheet each period.
- Data migration. Customers, suppliers, products, opening balances and transaction history, reconciled against the source before go-live rather than after.
- Integrations. Payment gateways, bank statements, existing websites and portals, connected so order status, revenue and receivables move together.
- Handover. Training for the people who will actually use it, then ongoing support from the same team that built it.
Questions about Odoo in the UAE.
Are you an Odoo implementation partner in the UAE?
We are not in the Odoo partner programme and we hold no certification from Odoo. We are an independent UAE team that implements, customises, migrates and supports Odoo, set up around your real processes, and we stay on afterwards rather than handing over and disappearing.
Can you migrate us from an old system or an older Odoo version?
Yes. We move you off spreadsheets or a legacy system, or upgrade an older Odoo to the current version, keeping your history intact and reconciled.
Does Odoo handle UAE VAT and tax reporting?
Yes. We configure VAT, tax reporting and UAE localisation so filing is straightforward and your reports match what the authorities expect.
Which Odoo modules do you set up?
Commonly sales, inventory, accounting, purchasing and HR, plus custom modules where the standard app stops short. We only switch on what you actually need.
Can Odoo connect to our payment gateway and bank?
Yes. Connecting Odoo to payments and accounting is our focus, so order status, revenue and receivables move together and reconcile on their own.
Do you work with free zone companies as well as mainland?
Yes. We set up Odoo for DED licensed mainland companies and for free zone entities in DMCC, JAFZA, DAFZA, IFZA and Dubai South. The difference matters, because designated zone rules affect how some supplies are treated for VAT, and groups often run a mainland and a free zone entity together under one system using multi-company.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused implementation covering sales, inventory and accounting usually runs six to ten weeks. Projects with manufacturing, several companies or a heavy data migration take longer. You get a written scope and a date before you commit, not an hourly estimate that drifts.
Can you come to our office in Dubai?
Yes. We are based in Dubai, so workshops, training and go live support happen at your office rather than over a call. Most teams pick it up faster around a table than on a screen share.
Will our Odoo be ready for UAE e-invoicing?
We set your invoicing up in the structured, consistent way the FTA mandate expects, so switching it on later is a small step rather than a project. To be clear, we are not an Accredited Service Provider ourselves, because accreditation is granted by the Ministry of Finance. We work with accredited providers and can put one in place for you, and we handle your system and your data on either side of it.
